Everyone knows that Google has the best search engine technology around. And yes, I am sure you also know that Google has the best mapping service as well.
Let’s start with the satellite view feature. I have to say, I am not a big mapping fan but just being able to see your street or office building on a map and showing you friends is extremely cool. If for nothing else but to show your friends or family across the country or the world where you live or eat or walk, the satellite view is awesome.
Personalized maps is also really cool. You can mark destinations of your favorites places and addresses for sharing with friends and family. You can mark your favorite restaurants, favorite places to walk your dog, and any other wild or crazy idea! Traffic view is a standard feature and also nice to use.
Now for one of the coolest features ever, the street view. Now if you have not heard, Google was getting sued by some people for privacy reasons because of this feature but let me tell, it is great to watch anyway. Street view allows you to see, from a camera posted on designated Google cars, the view of the street the car is driving on. Google placed cameras on cars (with the permission of course) and takes pictures of the street while driving. This allows you to see buildings and even peoples faces as they walk down the street. It’s really nice for people who want to see certain streets in cities that they are familiar with or have never seen and want to see.
And the experience is just as good on your mobile device. Navigation (always an issue with most mobile sites/services) is a breeze with Google Maps and you can pretty much do most of the things you can if you were on your PC.
In conclusion, Google Maps is the undisputed champion of maps (for now ). No one touches them.

I have used other online maps before and I must say that even though they were easy to use, I would get lost about 50% of the times I use the other sites. With Google map I feel confident that I am getting directions that will take me to my destination. Another big plus to using google maps is the Satellite View. This added feature is great since you can see a real picture of your surrounds that perfectly puts you at the exact locating of your destination.
This is a another must try from Google. First timers will be really fascinated with Satellite feature.

I love this. I can look at places I plan to visit for vacations with the new Google feature. I can look at images of places that I have never seen before. I also love showing my kids different places in the world with this tool.
Google map still fascinate me. I can spend hours on Google maps, not just looking for driving directions but looking at different Caribbean Islands, countries in Europe, countries in Africa and even that Satellite view of Golf Courses around the world. The latest feature that Google added to this already captivating site is the “” Street View” This feature is amazing With this feature you can navigate to a specific location. An icon appears on the map. You can move the icon to anywhere on the map where the street view is available. When this is done link magic a window with street level imagery appears. You can zoom in, out and also rotate this image of the street view. Best of all you can navigate along a street, turn corners while viewing the images of your surroundings.
This is a must see and use feature on Google Maps. Please try it and tell me what you think.

Google Maps is one of, if not THE best mapping/ driving site around. They have great map features, like hybrid view which allows you to see an aerial map, and the maps allow you to zoom in really close. Driving directions are 100% accurate!!! Google Maps is WAY better than other sites like Map Quest. A highly reccommended website.

this site is very helpful in finding the place were you are wanting to go. if you follow the direction you want get lost .one thing about it .you know where you will end up if you follow its direction.if i would tell my chilren yo use this site ireally believe they wouldnot have aproblem.
