I have purchased numerous templates from Blue Gel and it has always been painless. All you have to do is go through their template library, pick the one you like, buy it, and they email you all of the files to start your website. Most of the templates are ready to use once you change the text which is very easy and quick to do. Great place to start if you want to a website and don't want to build it.
