I love the fact that when you order DVDs you can return them via the stores and get more free movies for every DVD you return. You also get new ones sent right away so with the 3 DVD at-a-time program I ended up with 6 at a time for the price of 3. Great for when my wife first gave birth and we had plenty of time to watch movies. Then we reached the point where it was too much and we decided to cancel. After canceling the kept sending movies every time I returned them. I had to empty the queue and make sure that they account was canceled. They should have just stopped sending new ones after I canceled.
