Pros: Environmentally Conscious (it's a website vs. a mailing), great layout, vibrant and attractive website, calculator extremely useful, and ability to purchase "green" offsets is fulfilling and rewarding.
Con: I put in for the carbon factor for my trip from Raleigh, NC to Los Angeles. I received the emissions that I am responsible for, but I felt that the site did not offer another practical way of offsetting my emissions other than purchasing gifts for tree plantings, etc. I would like practicals listed, for example, packing one suitcase instead of two, better airlines to fly with because of their environmental efforts, etc. Thank you.
